Shipping Policy

Steel Core Labs™ provides a range of shipping options across the United States.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $199.

Orders addressed to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS, as FedEx does not deliver to PO Box locations.

FedEx transit times are based on business days (Monday through Friday). Shipments are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday only. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following business week.

Orders received and paid for before 12:00 PM EST on weekdays qualify for same-day shipping and will be sent out that day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that during high-volume periods, order processing may take up to 1–3 business days.

Address Accuracy & Order Review

Please verify that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delivery delays, returned packages, or additional reshipping fees. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can make corrections before it ships.

Steel Core Labs™ is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather-related issues
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Other unforeseen events

Orders returned due to customer-provided address errors may incur a $5 reshipment fee.
