We take great care in the production and handling of all products. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final once an order has shipped, and refunds are not available.

All products are manufactured, packaged, and stored under strict quality control standards. For safety and regulatory compliance, items cannot be returned or reused after leaving our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact support@steelcorelabs.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. Once the issue is reviewed and verified, Steel Core Labs™ will provide a replacement for the affected item(s) at no additional cost. Please note that replacements are the only resolution offered, as refunds are not issued.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact support@steelcorelabs.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details, billing information, and product selections are accurate at checkout. Steel Core Labs™ is not liable for delivery issues or incorrect orders resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided at the time of purchase.

If a package is delayed, lost, or held by a shipping carrier or customs authority, we are happy to assist with tracking or contacting the carrier when possible. However, as these circumstances are outside of our control, refunds or replacements cannot be issued once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and discarded without credit.
